4. Legal bases and choices
Where applicable, we rely on consent, our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
5. Cookies and measurement
We may use essential site technologies and privacy-respecting measurement tools to understand site performance and campaign effectiveness. Where a technology requires consent, we will request it before using that technology. Browser controls can also be used to limit cookies or similar storage.

We share personal information only when needed to operate the business, including with contracted providers for hosting, communications, scheduling, AI-assisted operations, analytics or billing. Our broader operating stack may include providers such as Anthropic, Google, OpenAI and Stripe. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.
7. Where information is processed
Our business operates from the United States and uses US-based systems and service providers. Some providers may process data in other locations according to their contractual and legal safeguards.
8. Your privacy rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information about you, or to stop marketing to you.
